Do you realize oceans take up more than two thirds of the earth?

What a waste of space.

Hey, real estate developers have to eat too.

Think of the commisions real estate agents could make.

What a perfect place for nuclear and other toxic waste.

We already have Sea World, the Chargers and Padres.

Surfers are such a nuisance and so are stingrays.

Just because the ocean was crucible of all life.

Picky, picky, picky!

We could get rid of the riff raff and sailors too!
